I wish you GOOD LUCK on this journey. Rest assured: It can be done usually!!!!!!! A friend of mine has a baby on the way via surrogacy, too. She uses a Medela Lactina Select pump and an order of Domperidone. She is now beginning to get drops of breast milk (after just 1.5 months or so of pumping). I am very happy for my friend.

So, give it a try and do not give up after a month or so. Hang in there and be patient.
