Some of them are willing to pay but my parents get annoyed with some of the people that come into the home and try and push the most expensive hearing aid on the client! We have one lady who lost her expensive hearing aid so she said she wanted a new one but she isnt totally deaf or anything but this guy came yesterday and told my mum wow, your elderly lady is completely deaf and needs this hearing aid that costs £3000!! My mum told him to get lost!

Its great that they have made such a difference to your dad Joanne. Its been worth it now that you can have proper conversations again
