well.....it depends on the case of the individual i think, theres obese and theres OBESE!!
Did you see that american guy on the telly, he was HUGE and in hospital and his missus still brought him junk food in, he said 'its ok pizzas fine, it has all good things in it, bread cheese pepperoni' :roll:
anyway he died of heart failure or summut!!

anyway, saying that, if i said no then that would be like saying i dont think that cancer sufferers should be allowed treatment because they chose to smoke so they inflicted themselves...(even though i still think cancer is in everyone and something just triggers it)

god im long winded...my answer is yes they should be allowed treatment :lol:
