i think it should be flown along side the union jack all the time anyway. it is our naitional flag.

all these people who are associating it with racism are well out of order.
it`s a shame because if you`re welsh or scottish you can can that but some say you should`nt say you`re english, but say you`re british- totally wrong in my opinion
