I had Annabelle at 22 and Eryn at 24 and although I feel that this was a little too young, I think mid to late 30's is getting a little too old to be having children (I'm gonna get shot down now ) I was a child of an older mother and although it doesn't bother me now, it did when I was a child. I am the youngest of 3 so my mum did start having kids early there is just 10 years between the eldest and me. but as a child I was just embarrassed that my mum was in her 40's and all the other mum's were about 10 years younger, she never joined in with camps or trips or sports day, i don't know if that was because she was an older mum or not. We are planning on our 3rd and final in 2009 when I will be 29 and that is the oldest I am prepared to have a child. Plus when that baby is 16 I will still be younger enough to build a new life.
