she shouldn't do if you can sort it between yourselves, you haven't left her feedback yet anyway, so if she leaves you neg then do the same for her.

you can respond to neg feedback anyway which shows in your feedback list so others can see what's happened ? have you checked her feedback that she's left for others, does it look as though she's a bit of a moaning trader ?
