But it is Kraft foods website, and you can register on the site, then go to the healthy section and you can customize a weekly meal and exercise plan. The site gives you a list of how many calories certain activities burn, from housework to running, etc. and you enter what you've done each day. It gives you a customized menu using foods you like, so you can choose all chicken dishes, or no meat at all. You can print out a shopping list, and all the meals are tasty and simple, and you can make them for the whole family.
