breastfeeding is best!. its better to solely breastfeed for the first 6-8wks because its easier to extract milk from the bottle and babies want easy food! however some mothers have managed later to introduce the bottle. stick to breastfeeding tho. the benefits are huge don't be put off by anyone.!you can freeze breastmilk but your milk changes as your baby changes so its not good to keep it too long. your man can be involved in so many other ways. he can make you a cup of tea when your baby doesn't latch off!!
