I'm on a low carb diet- and I'm so tired- I almost fainted this morning.

If I ate some more low carb food (I'm female- 5ft5- small frame i.e bones- little muscle- and eating 900 calories per day) would that make me a little less tired and would I still lose the same amount of weight if I were to increase my calorie intake to 1200 calories for example (low carb)? I know I will always be tired on this diet- it's the faint feeling that is bothering me.
