Unfortunately there is no such thing as a miracle diet. The best way to lose weight is common mathematics. Increase energy output, and decrease energy consumption. Basically, burn more calories than you consume. 1 lb = 3500 Calories.My opinion is the Atkin diet is successful for some because certain foods are restricted, thus decreasing calories.Good luck!!!
