I quit breastfeeding 3 weeks ago and I started cramping 2 days ago and had some light spotting, but it mucousy and dark (sorry if TMI)...I have an IUD and gave birth 5 mths ago..I'm worried that I could be pg again...my husband and I don't want another child, and I'm so scared b/c I won't keep it if I am pregnant...am I overreacting? should I take a test?
