Has anyone tried Atkins or another low carb diet with no results?
I went on the Atkins program for about 2 months and had NO weight loss! I wasn't working out so that could have been an issue but I was under the impression that a low-carb diet did not have to be accompanied by a workout program to see results. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
I did eat the Atkins Advantage bars often...maybe that threw me off? I'm not a big meat eater so it was realllly hard for me to stomach all the meat...
anyone have a better low-carb program that includes nuts and things the Atkins induction forbids?
