Default Can someone write me a diet/fitness plan?

What foods i should eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks etc...
What exercises i should do each day and for how long (i dont have access to any fitness equipment)
I would like to loose 10-20lb for august is this possible?
I am 120lb now. Is it true that when your weight is lower its harder for you to loose the weight?
