You can get him to move out.. If only your name is on the rental contract........ Ask him to leave now.... and if he will not call the ploice and ask them to tell him to and have them watch him leave.....
Sorry my last reply to you was so quick and impersonnal I was in a hurry.....Right now he is in a real rough situation. One for what ever reason he will not let go of the past, and two he is a truck driver so he doesn't communicate well,being in a truck my himself all day long he is not able to express himself well at all, So he is not only getting angry at you but also at himself.....This is something he has to work out for him self YOU can not change him nor can u change his family, u see the child is his and his ex's u have no part in this except for u to raise while he is gone ....NOT a pretty situation........ BUT if u are afraid now watch when he see u will do nothing about it........
