I know this is for the guys, but I've asked the same question and guys prefer girls who wear little to no makeup. I personally only wear foundation and mascara, eyeliner bothers my eyes and in the evenings I will wear eyeshadow.
Now, though I'm not bisexual or a lesbian (no offence if anyone is) but I personally dislike people who wear too much eyeliner or too much makeup in general. I mean, you can't look so bad that you have to cover it all up with makeup right?
To me it just shows that you have some deformity or something to hide. A little eyeliner is fine, but don't put thick eyeliner, excessive mascara, a crapload of eyeshadow, then foundation and blush as well as lip gloss or lipstick. Its distasteful to look at, even from a girl's perspective.
