Im on the 3rd week of my healthy eating, Im not going to call it a diet.
All I have done it cut all the crap out, I was eating way too much sweets and fizzy drinks while feeding my daughter I was just picking

Now Im drinking just water and eating friut all day as my snacks and then having a decent meal in the evenings, now all I need to do is the excercice [graon] but thats the only way to go I suppose.
