I am curious. How big were your babies at around 6 weeks of age? My daughter was born 6 weeks ago. She weighed about 9 lbs 3 oz. After the normal loss of weight right after birth she reached her birth weigt again after 10 days and now at 6 weeks she is 11 lbs 10 oz.

I would have to check the actual weight. Our Logan was very small. He was born with only 4 lbs in weight and he was (still is) not an extremely well eater. His 9 month checkup showed him in the >5% Percentile group for the weight. However - his gain in weight is steady and so there are no concerns.

Jimmy just had his 6 week check up and he's 11 lbs 6 oz. That's an increase of almost 3 lbs and 2 oz from his last appointment. He also grew 2 inches since then.
