Default Baby cold

My little one already has his second cold since he was born. The pediatrician says there is not much I can do about it. I can't give any medicine and the only stuff we can use are Saline drops and those baby decongestant drops. Anything you know about that a baby can have to fight a bad cold with cough and runny nose?

Hot steam (water) can help eventually to make it easier for him. This often loosens the mucus.

Let your shower run on hot to create your own personal steam room. Stay in the bathroom with your baby for 10-15 minutes, several times a day. Be sure to keep the bathroom door closed to get as much steam to build up. This will help loosen your baby’s congestion. Clean your baby's nose afterwards.

Hot steam showers work very well. Maybe you can tell for yourself. I always get a runny nose when showering. I never really noticed it as a result of the hot steam, but that's what it is. And I like to shower long and hot

boil ginger root, and orange peels in pot, it will smell nasty and look nasty, but that is what we do, and it works really well, it will also help with the rest of the family

That is an interesting option. Now I have to check where to find ginger roots and orange peels.

Ah, don't forget to add a bit of water so it can create a bit of steam, make sure you add some after it evaperates.

We usually just got the ngrediants at the grocery store, but goodluck, I havn't been sick in a while, so I havn't had to look for them, where we used to live (pretty big city) we could find everything, I honestly doubt I can where we are at.

You should find the ingredients at Whole Foods supermarkets. They have so many good things - especially when your expecting or breastfeeding.

At this age only nature can help the baby.See if he is allergic to pollen dust.Try traditional medicines like hot water and some other treatments
