You really need to stop now!I know it's hard but you will feel guilty if you don't.If your really serious, but only if you are commited to giving your baby the best, try this course it has worked for a couple of friends of mine....very effective if you want to stop now. http://snipurl.com/stopsmokingnowYour doing the right thing deciding to stop now. YES, it can cause birth defects or other long term health problems.

You are risking you baby's life more than yours .As you smoke Carbon monoxide is released and it may suffocate the baby.The baby will not attain full growth.Better quit now than feeling sorry later
