Default Breastfeeding Boundaries?

When is it time to say if the little one does not behave while nursing? Nicole started this new thing last night. She nurses, pulls away just to come back a minute later, pulls away after a minute to come back again 30 seconds later. This goes back and forth until she is done with the "session". Suddenly at every nursing session when she would pulls away she starts to pinch my nipple with her fingers. I tried not to scream out in pain as this would just make her to go on with this "bad exercise"! I sat her all the way up, pulled her away from my breast and said, "Nicole - that is a big no no." Of course she giggled like crazy. If she wasn not so damn cute ..... How do I react the next time this happens?

Nipple twiddling ...the universally hated habit of nurslings when breastfeeding. LOL! We go with the 3 strikes method. You're out for this session if you do not stop.
