Default The big leak. How to avoid waking up in a lake of milk?

I'm on my second baby with breastfeeding. I thought I would be a "professional breastfeeder" by now, but I feel like I am still a beginner.

Last night I went to bed in a "sleep bra" stuffed like a big Thanksgiving turkey with cloth diapers. My breasts are leaking like crazy and I could probably feed 2 more babies with what I am wasting. The cloth diapers were soaked every 4 hours when I got up to nurse and I had to change them. It is an OK solution, but still kinda uncomfortable. And my hubby is not very "excited" or attracted to me either.

On my first baby I have slept in unbuttoned pajama shirt swaddled in a bath towel, which I was always lost track of in the night.

What do you do?

I always used the nursing bras with extra pads. This worked well for me. Have you tried those extra nursing pads yet?

I put cloth diapers into an oversized cheap bra from Wal-Mart and was able to make it "dry" from one pitstop to another.
