I was doing some research on breastfeeding and came across this great breastfeeding guide. It's available for download from this website"

In the dropdown menu up on top select the "Avent Breastfeeding Guide" and you can download a PDF file.

We use many of their products and found this guide very helpful. It is an Adobe PDF file.

I can highly recommend the following book for anyone having problems with breastfeeding:

Dr. Jack Newman - The Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers

It helped me tremendously with baby #1.
