Default breastfeeding????

Can you still breast feed if the mother is Rh- and the baby is Rh+?

Rh factor does not affect breastfeeding. When my oldest son was born he developed jaundice because his blood type is ab- and mine is b+ and my blood mixed with his caused his body to fight off b blood cells that he needed, however I was still able to breastfeed him
