My pump broke and I wasn't able to express milk for over24 hours which seems to have dried me out a bit, does anyone have any advice to produce more milk besides pumping every 3 hours and taking fenugreek (both of which i have been doing)

Let you baby nurse as often as possible and you can try massaging you breasts and expressing the milk as much as possible between feedings.
