Default has anyone taken Celexa while breastfeeding?

I am suffereing from minor postpartum and my docotor who knows I breastfeed has prescribed Celexa and I have been reading that he goes through your breast milk and I am concern to take it. Looking for any advice or any signs to look for on my 6 week infant that he is being affeced by the medicine in my milk
