Default Losing weight too quickly breastfeeding?

I gave birth to a healthy baby girl on June 11th. At the time of delivery I weighed 176 lbs. I lost 10 lbs immediately post-delivery (baby, blood and water). I was sent home on the 12th weighing 166 lbs. I've been solely breastfeeding this child (no formula or water supplements) and less than two weeks later I weigh 150 lbs. I eat like crazy...high fat stuff too (not all high-fat, but I do indulge on occaision..alfredo and the like). Has anybody else experienced this super-fast weight loss while breastfeeding?

I think I had dropped 30lbs in about 10 to 15 days after my daughter. I also was feeding her almost every 2 hours. As long as you are eating and drinking your water then you should be fine. I gained 40lbs the first 30lbs were easy to loose it was the last 10 that took about a year. At your check up your Dr will talk to you about the weight loss if it is something that they feel may harm you.
