Default How to make it a girl?

I know this may sound strange but I read something a while ago that you can do certain things to increase your chances of having a baby girl. We already got a little boy and would love so much to have a little sister for him. If there is something that increase chances to conceive a girl - please post your reply here.

If you want a girl then you should time making love so that you stop approx. 3 days before you ovulate. The theory behind that is that female sperm lives longer but is slower than male sperm.

If timing is done properly it has a 70-90% success rate. Good Luck, Sweetie.

Bobby Jean is talking about the Shettles method.

The Shettles method has to do with timing of intercourse near ovulation. The theory is that "boy" sperm are faster but don't live as long, so to have a boy, you would want to time intercourse as close to ovulation as possible. The "girl" sperm live longer but are slow, so to have a girl you would want to try to have intercourse as far away from ovulation (before hand) as possible and still achieve pregnancy

Hope that helps.

Fidelity

Try this Book. "How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby" has helped friends of us to get a boy and a girl in the right order.

We have recently "tried the shuttles method" I will let you know in a few months if it worked...The above mentioned book is a must read, it teaches you how to really get in tune with what your body is doing. I didn't do the whole basil temperature thing, just paid attention to other signs...good luck! Leslie
