Ok. I was supposed to Ovulate on 05/05/07 or around there. I thought that I did because my Cervix was High, Soft and Open, but it has been high and soft for 9 days now. I am not sure if it was open all of the days or not because it was hard to tell. I am supposed to be on day 6 past ovulation. Last night my Cervical mucus was Egg White (stretchy, Slippery.) Now it is watery again like it has been for the last 8 days. I am not sure if I am Ovulating late or not. I had a sharp quikc pain in my lower abdomen about 10 minutes ago. I don't know if I ovulated already or if I am now. Also, one woman told me that your glands down there swell up when you are Oing. Well last week around the time I was supposed it was swollen and hurt when touched, but I didn't know what it meant. It is back to normal now. So does it sound like I ovulated? or that I am ovulating now? I am on Cycle Day 20.

I get those sharp pains in my side too after I have already ovulated. I think it means the egg is dropping down??? Although, The egg white slippery stuff your talking about usually means your at your peak of ovulation. I would go with your gut instinct and then test around the time of your period.

My wife and I tried to get pregnant for a few months and it didn't happen. Someone told us about ovulation testing kits. This was great and worked the first month. We found out that her cycle was off by over a week. I don't know if this helps but if it does we started testing very early in the cycle and figured out the issue. Well worth the money spent.
