Take mega loads of Zinc and drink at least 64 oz of water a day. If you are dehydrated, you won't have much sperm. Zinc increases your sperm count dramatically. Good luck!

Motility varies over time, and you don't list your times, but you're not radically off mark, particularly with the second test. Your doctor should interpret them for you. There are three components to conceiving. You being able to have a workable sperm count and delivery system, She being able to produce an egg, and the both of you doing the conceiving while she is fertile. You can have sex as much as you want the day before her period, but it won't get her pregnant. You have to be in the right place at the right time, so to speak.
