Default How to increase fertility while still nursing?

I am wondering if anyone has any tips on increasing fertility while breastfeeding? It took me 2 years to concieve my daughter and I want to get pregnant again soon. I also do not want to give up breastfeeding for a few more months. Are there special things I can do to increase fertility?

I read the following in a magazine a while ago:

Quote:
Some women seem to require very little stimulation at the breast in order to keep from ovulating, while others seem to ovulate shortly after giving birth. Sometimes it takes only a slight decrease in nursing frequency to resume ovulation and menstruation to achieve another pregnancy.
I hope that helps.
