Sperms apparently take around 90 days to mature in the sack, and can only grow if the sack is kept 2 degrees or more below body temperature, thats why they hang outside the body..... lots of cold showers, protiens and things like green veges, seafood, and foods high in zinc and selenium too (oysters) etc. Modern medicine may have tetosterone treatments ???

Don't know. I suppose not smoking, eating foods with zinc (oysters, seafood, seeds) and not drinking too much milk which has the female hormone oestrogen in it may help.

Er i am 99.9% certain that there is no herbs on earth that can increase your sperm count..Its happen naturally..So increase sperm counts..the tips are:1.Do no bathe in hot/warm water2.Eat more red meat and vitamins3.Do not masturbate before the day you are doing sex increases sperm count as it accumulate but*Take note for saying that does not mean you will not lose sperm if you dont masturbate the excess sperm will be excrete in urination....

There are many products that will increase the volume of your semen but I'm not sure about sperm. Take a look at the semen volumizers here http://www.blakereviews.com/volume.html
