You'd need to be checking and charting your basal body temperature every morning to know (first thing every morning before you get out of bed). Your temp will raise by .4 degrees or so when you're ovulating.

Try Clear Blue Fertility monitor. The only set back is it only works if your cycle is 21-45 days. It didn't work for me since mine was often up to 90 days but it is worth a try. You can get them off ebay, and if it doesn't work you can resell it on there and get your money right back. I actually ended up getting more for mine when I sold it than when i bought it!

If you chart your BBT, it can also help you know when your period is coming. Your period is due about 14 days after ovulation. Try a charting site like fertility friend, it might help you make more sense of your cycles as well.
