do Claire - it;s lovely - especially when you can buy cheapy bananas because the squashier the better as they are easier to mix - (not completely brown though)

it's one of those things that brings back memories of Mum making this on a Thursday morning - that was always baking day - she'd make tons of stuff and it'd all be gone by Sunday (she used to make Lemon Meringue pie and hide it until we'd had our Sunday Roast)
