I need HELP please!

I,m setting up a hamper for my mam for xmas and she loves the white sauce u can get at xmas time - its like a custard but the white sauce IYKWIM?? I asked in asda and they only do the sauce with the brandy in it, which my mam only likes without.

Does anyone know of anywhere else that sell this without the brandy in it please?

Oh and does anyone know where i could get a nice little hamper basket to put all the goodies in?

Not sure about the sauce but Au Naturelle (sp??) do some nice hamper baskets and they are reasonable.

I might just make her some too Sue sounds a good idea - but i would have preferred if i could find the packets or even tins just to pop in the hamper :smile:

not sure about the receipe karen but hobbycraft had some decent baskets in last week, i only seen them as Anna had to have one to put her lamb in. she thinks she's dorothy from wizard of oz, her lamb is now toto !!

Many thanks for all the replies - my sister managed to get some from asda, it was asda make as birds eye only do the white sauce with brandy mix! Happy we eventually got some!

We had a little party for megan's birthday today, brought forward for my mam going into hospital. It was a nice day!
