in the grand scheme of things he`s not that bad really. our original budget was £1000 but after seeing loads of people we came to the opinion that you get what you pay for. it`ll be £1500 for his middle priced option but everything looks gorge. we`ve got the option to buy copyright too, which`ll be good for reprints for family and stuff

just means we either have to save a bit harder or make savings elsewhere

Thats a smart move

We finally made a start with displaying and selling art on the Lord Street bandstand on Sunday. This is the first of a 4 week trial period and, thankfully, the weather was dry. We certainly had a lot of passing interest and out of the seven exhibiting, four artists sold work, so an encouraging start. Hopefully we will learn and develop week by week. Those of you who have contacted me; you're on the waiting list, but do come along and visit us and have a chat. Will be putting up photos of the day as soon as I get them, so keep checking.
