Default Is it appropriate to wear a cream and black (primarily cream) color dress to to a...

...wedding? The ceremony starts at 4:00PM and the reception at 5:00PM

Yes, as long as it isn't floor length. Save the formal for after 6 - but cream and black is fine.

there was actually something on MSN about that today. White, or shades of white, including cream, should never be worn to a wedding, because you dont want to outshine the bride. If its the only nice dress you have, and it wont make you outshine the bride, then it should be ok, but if you have other options, i would go for that... If it was primarily black with cream accents it would be acceptable.

Yes as long as not too much cleavage and not too shprt,

exspecially if its in a chruch

cream would be ok just not white!! cream and black look really nice and classy together i think. have fun and catch the flowers if ur not married yet!!
