I do the bike as well,10 miles a day,still eating to much though :cry:

it will take me months to shift my excess weight...i gave the lady my eating plan this morning and she says im not eating enough thats why i havent lost much this week...sweetie shop here i come...yummy caramel bar

you need to look at your carbs intake.

i hardly eat any carbs now as that was my downfall i ate too much and now im a fatty..lol

i have only been on this diet for 3 week and lost 9lb so far at least i havent gained tho.

i went to see a dietrician and she said i dont eat enough, i have one meal a day, but i cant eat if im not hungry
so basically eat loads (of the right stuff) and be slim or eat nowt and be fat like me :lol: :lol: :wink:

aww thanks 6cats, im eating fresh and healthy stuff non of the processed crap in my body, but its costing me a fortune tho, im sure it will be worth it when im a size 12/14 tho

thats the only downfall about wanting to eat healthy stuff, its all so much more expensive than junk food. n they wonder why so many people eat it.
