i seen a clip of this and so didnt bother to watch, in the clip he said eat slowly and stop when you are full, and only eat when you are actually hungry.....this is why i only normally have one meal a day because i dont really ever feel hungry, i dont know anyone that eats slower than me, even my kids finish eating before me, so what could you do about that?

Ive been saying that for years, never buy diet stuff, its tasteless rubbish

and always leave something on your plate, so no licking the plate clean 6cats.

What he is saying with eat slowly is to make you taste the food instead of a couple of chews and swallow.

DAY 4: Accept yourself!

When we focus on our goals for the future, it can sometimes seem as though we are really rejecting who we are in the present.

Take a few minutes to stand in front of the mirror today and send love and approval to your body.

Remember, acceptance doesn't mean that you don't want to change something - it just means that you are willing to accept that where you are now is where you are now.

Tune into the second instalment of my show on Monday 16th January at 9pm
