Ar, Kim, you're not fat and ugly. You look lovely in your picture !

I must admit, I felt pretty much the same though last week, all down and horrible on myself.

I haven't started a diet, I'm thinking more of a healthy eating plan for next week. I'm off to Asda in the morning so I'm going to buy some 'proper' food. I'm actually craving fruit and veg !!!

My brother is following the Paul Mckenna diet on Sky One. Ill post the tips on here to help anyone, its all about working on the mind.

he started off on Monday saying that you can eat what you like when you like this week but only if you follow the rules. You MUST be honestly hungry.

MY INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOU ARE RADICALLY DIFFERENT:
Today, I want you to go to your refrigerator and throw out any food that does not totally inspire you to eat it. Chuck the diet drinks. Throw out the low-fat yogurts. Unless you love them, bin the sugar-free lollies.

You'll know that you're done when there isn't a single thing in your fridge that you wouldn't be delighted to eat - and when you're next hungry, that's exactly what I'm asking you to do!

Paul McKenna Will Make You Thin is repeated tonight at 11pm on Sky one
