this diet it really good my mate lost 10lbs in 2weeks

i like some of the weight watchers food well i normally but that r asda good for you as it is healthier than full fat salt etc

i've started again today as i go away in two weeks and will have to get my flabby bits out

i'm going to try and cut wheat out for a fortnight, i've heard it has all sorts of health benefits :smile:

we'll be able to discuss points adele ;-)

my mate has now lost a total of 3stone in 15 weeks and is now very happy and is still doing weight watchers but just for the healthy eating part really
