Default You don't need special diets to loose weight

People make their fortunes selling diets to loose weight! The people i work with are all considerably overweight. They probably eat 3 times as much as me in a day. I don't believe you need to be told WHAT to EAT to loose weight. I think it's gradually disciplining yourself to eat less so that the stomach shrinks, then you don't need to eat as much food to feel full. People will say yes but your lucky you can eat what you want, yes i can but only because i don't eat huge amounts.

I believe people who overeat do so because they are bored and do it instead of getting out and doing something else. If your mind is taken off food, you can go a long time without eating. I've had 2 small meals today because I've been busy studying for a qualification. I also exercise a lot, play sport and keep fit.

People can make the choice - sure, it takes ages to lose weight, but it probably took ages to put it on over the years too - peopel who are always on a diet never lose weight either. Its not about dieting, its about a culture change to your lifestyle. i think it helps to plan your week if you think and crave about food all the time. Decide what to eat every day, what exercise you are going to have and when to treat.

it not actually how much you eat its what you eat! i went to see a dietician and was told i didnt eat enough (1 meal a day) and thats why i wont lose any weight, apparently because i dont eat enough my body goes into starvation mode and tells my brain you're not gonna get fed again so everything i do eat gets stored as fat. you are meant to eat small amounts continually through the day just as long as it isnt all crap. but you do need some fat in your daily diet to exist

Thats very true also for people who dont eat regular meals - I think you need to eat your 3 regular meals a day or else your body thinks its starving and you wont lose weight - also if you do have 3 healthy regular meals you are less likely to snack too and always remember the 80-20 rule - if you can be good for 80% of the time you can afford to be naughty for 20% of the time

Default WEIGHT LOSS

Its easy, as long as energy output is greater than energy input
you will lose weight!

Or if you do it the other way around you will gain weight!!
