i think as long as you eat a wide range of foods (and not just take away every night!!) and exercise regularly then weigh will come off, even if it is painfully slow!! good luck with the diet sun

i have tried almost all the diets

I personally have not tried many diets, but a friend of mine jumps on any new diet that becomes public. And as fallback option there is always the Atkins Diet. That seems to work best for Beverly.
