Unfortunately, you most likely will have to restart phase 1. Since you are only 3 days in, it shouldn't be too hard.Atkins is based on the bodies ability to burn fat, since there are no carbs for it to burn. As you burn fat, you begin to produce ketones. As soon as you took in the carbs from the "taters", you nearly immediately stopped burning fat, started burning carbs again, stopped giving off ketones, and your insulin levels went wild. You probably won't gain bact the 2 kilos, though.Don't be too hard on yourself though, the beginning of phase 1 is the hardest to get through. It does get better.
