atkins is a death diet! you'll gain like 30 pounds - do it the fast fun and easy weigh - get you're butt of of this seat exercise do reasonable diets no fastfood 4-6 times cardio a week 30- 60 minutes weigh tlifting 2-4 times crunches situps and abbs 1-4 times. Atkins sucks!! Eat healthy

you didn't gain 4 pounds because you ate peanuts. after depriving your body of certain foods, like carbs, your system goes into shock and wants to hold onto what it can. this is what jacks up your metabolism and actually makes you gain weight that is harder to lose.

My suggestion would be to get off the Atkins diet due to it not being at all healthy. You are depriving yourself of the body's energy source, carbohydrates, and are getting an excess amount of protein. Remember that any nutrient in excess will lead to problems. You diet should be approximately 60% carbs 30% protein and 10% fat. Good luck remember to stay active and eat right!
