Richare Cosentino, the owner of C&C Choppers of E. Mesa, Arizona obtained an ad on Ebay Motors claiming that he was a builder of Lamborghini replicas. I contacted him via his phone number (I will give this number as soon as I retrack where it is) which was listed on Ebay. The cost of the car was to be $25,000. Here's the tricky part . . . he builds it upon order and wanted $8,000 as a "deposit." I sent him a check for the $8,000 and he sent me a contract stating that it would take him approximately 12 weeks to build the car. 12 weeks came and went. It's now been almost 10 months.
When he finally did respond I was so pissed off at him that I instead asked for my money back. At that time he told me that I couldn't have my money back.

A few emails later he advised me to come pick up the "shell" of the car --- and that was exactly what my initial $8,000 was for, the "shell," occording to Richard Cosentino. I have the contract, I have a lawyer along with others who claim to have been ripped off by him. We are filing charges very soon.
