Pay Pal Help

I have paid for somthing I won using Paypal but the person I won it for is having problems accepting my payment she has told me to get the money back from paypal and sent her a cheque but does anyone know how I get my money from Paypal

I,m not certain on this, but is it not best for her to get her paypal sorted (checked) out as you had no problem sending it?? Has she checked to see if it has been accepted, and if not why not?

Sorry if that wasnt much help at all lynne maybe tell her that you will contact paypal and see what the problem is then get back to them?

I did contact pay pal but so far they have not got back to me there is no problem with my paypal cause I have got other stuff after I bought from her, when I look on pay pal at the transaction it just shows the payment as unclaimed

Unless it has gone through as an e-cheque?? Best for them to check why they have not recieved it - it normally takes a few days for paypal to get back to you. Let them know that you have contacted paypal and waiting for a answer, in the meantime i would tell them to do the same.

Yeah they emailed me today just asking for a bit more details regadring the paymens so will just wait and see again :-)

Have got to wait 30 days then it will be credited back to me automatically so jjust a case of waiting now i guess
