Default Help :-)

Can someone please help me I thought that if you did not sell an item you would not be charged for relisting it only once it was sold would you then be charged?? I have just noticed that I have invoices from ebay I am assuming they will take the money from my credit card after the 15th of the month??? Is this correct!!!!!
