I've heard various opinions about how does it smell. A few friends came up with the following: smelling sweet, does not smell at all, to smells like Bounce or it smells rancid like sperm.

I think it smells like sweat. In fact, when my water leaked with my first one, I wasn't sure if it was really leaking or if it was just sweat.

My water broke very early during my labor and the fluid was coming out for a couple of hours. I don't remember any smell at all. But my boyfriend (the father) kept telling me during the whole labor how fantastic I smelled. I still blush when he tells me .....
