Default For those who have gone natural, what does giving birth feel like? How about

getting an epidural?

i got an epidural and i really didn't feel any pain, it didn't hurt at all when they put the needle in!!! i would definately recommend the epidural if you don't like or want any pain

I did 2 natural and an epidural for the 3rd. I definitely recommend the epidural!!! The first 2 were fast and furious. The third was relaxed and virtually pain free. You have nothing to proove by going natural. Please take my advice! Believe me! It's much easier and very low risk.

i am a mother of six children. all of them were born naturally. at times the pain can be pretty intense like a really bad menstral period. but what you have to remember is to relax your body. the more relaxed you are, the easier the baby can make it' s way down. i'll admit that during every pregnancy, i was nervous about the pain of labour, but then it never turned out to be that bad. just find something that feels comfortable for you during labour. i found that laying around in the bed, was awful. i sat on the toilet for my last baby. i found that i could relax my body openly (of course my water had not broken yet). another thing that you need to remember is to not be self-concisous about your body through the labour process. it is a very natural experience. one more thing. it is true that once the baby is delivered, there is no more pain and you do forget about it. good luck

Well... I can't tell you personally, but I use to ask that question allot and I always got this, "It feels like pooping out a bowling ball!" I mean think about it, your pushing out a little person, that's not all that little, through a hole about the size of a half dollar coin. Sooooo... I'm guessing: IT HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
