Are you breast feeding? That could supress your fertility a little but don't count on it. Keep your fingers crossed and take a test or call your Dr. and ask. I'm sure it's nothing they haven't answered before.

Oh my! You are very fertile after giving birth, more so than any other time in your life. It is very possible to get pregnant right now. Lots of women go to their 6 week check up and are few weeks prenant. Let your doctor know at your check up and hope for the best! Good luck!!

Breastfeeding? If so, very, very low... Breastfeeding GENERALLY, generally, but certainly not always, stops ovulation. Pretty low anyway, breastfeeding even lower. But it is possible.
